We are looking for an experienced and passionate barista with a desire to run their own team and coffee shop. The Bastard Barista is a new breed of speakeasy coffee shop tucked away in central Edinburgh. We seek to be experimental, unorthodox, and eccentric when it comes to coffee making. We are looking for award-winning (or those planning to be) baristas to help grow this brand, those people who are keen to explore the parameters of coffee and tea pairing with savoury and sweet foods. Good salary, and profit share potential. 

 

Despite the brand, the candidate needs to be a "people person" 🙂
